Club of America is a nationwide discount legal referral service with a network of over 20,000 attorneys who have contracted to provide
our members with numerous FREE and Discounted legal services.
When you become a member of Legal
Club, you will be referred to
a Plan Attorney based on three criteria: area of law, language spoken
and location.
Membership includes you, your spouse
and any dependents 23 and younger. You may use as many plan attorneys, practicing any area of law,
any where in the country as often as you like.
The following outlines the free and discounted services provided by our network
of plan attorneys.
Attorney Provided Services
Free Services:
- Phone consultations during business hours for new legal matters.
- Attorney review of legal documents (6 page max.) per new matter.
- Necessary calls/letters by your attorney.
- One-on-One consultations for new legal matters.
- Simple wills for you and your family.
- Helpful advice on representing yourself in small claims court.
- Assistance in solving your problems with government programs.
Discounted Fee Schedule:
Contingency Fee Discounts:
Attorneys often work on a contingency fee basis on cases such as personal injury
and collections. This fee is usually expressed as a percentage of the amount
collected or awarded. In some cases, fee maximums are set by state law. In these
matters, member's fees will be a 10% reduction of the state maximum rate or
the attorney's usual rate, whichever is lower.
Guaranteed Fixed Hourly Rates:
In the event
a member requires extended legal representation, our
planmember attorneys have contracted with us to never charge more than $75.00
per hour for in or out-of-court representation. In most cases, the attorneys
will be able to estimate the amount of hours any given case may consume prior
to beginning work on the case.
At a cost of $124.00 per year, it's a benefit your family cannot afford to
be without. Credit card customers can schedule three consecutive monthly payments
of $43.34 for a total of $130.00.
