SuccessDirectUSA.com ("the Company")
does not support or condone the use of Unsolicited Bulk E-mail ("UBE" or "spam")
to solicit Affiliates or Mini-Mall sales. In order to discourage the
use of UBE spam e-mail by FREE Affiliates, RESELLER”Affiliates,
(this name is used to represent both types of Affiliates) we have established
the following policy:

The terms FREE Affiliate(s), RESELLER Affiliate(s)
shall apply to any SuccessDirectUSA.com members.

SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates
from sending spam or utilizing services which send spam, to solicit
prospective Affiliates. Doing so will result in the immediate
termination of a member's replicated website. Their account will
be canceled and all present and future commissions will be forfeited.
By utilizing spam, the Member may also be subject to legal action
and be held liable for any financial loss incurred by SuccessDirectUSA.com.
This includes any loss due to service interruptions on the SuccessDirectUSA.com
websites or to any of our affiliated sites.

SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates
from sending out any e-mails to non-Affiliates of SuccessDirectUSA.com
that include direct links to the Member's own self-replicated web
sites or to the Company's domains or URLS. This includes direct
links to your website in signature files attached to your outgoing
e-mails.

SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates
from posting to any newsgroup or bulletin board, which may result
in an e-mail being generated that links to any SuccessDirectUSA.com
URL or to any member's self-replicated website.

If we should receive a complaint, which includes
a copy of an email that has a reference or link to any SuccessDirectUSA.com
domain or URL, or any member's replicated site, the offending member
will have their website terminated without recourse or warning.

SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates
from sending e-mails containing redirect links which lead/redirect
to any SuccessDirectUSA.com or to any member's self-replicated
website. (e.g., the URL in your e-mail is www.link.com and when
someone clicks on that link they 'appear' to be taken to www.link.com,
but the page then switches to (i.e. http://www.SuccessDirectUSA.com/id/SD2020)
with the www.link.com page never showing on the screen).

If a prospective member replies to a marketing e-mail
for a membership at SuccessDirectUSA.com with "sign me up" in
the subject line, or words to that effect, they must include in
the body of the e-mail the following statement: "By submitting
a request for a FREE SuccessDirectUSA.com membership,
I agree to accept e-mail from the SuccessDirectUSA.com for both
their consumer and business opportunities."

SuccessDirectUSA.com strictly prohibits our Affiliates
from sending e-mail regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com which does not
provide a valid e-mail address, registered to the Member, to which
one may reply. Additionally, SuccessDirectUSA.com prohibits Affiliates
from using a fictitious name in any e-mails sent regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com
opportunities or linking to a page which references the SuccessDirectUSA.com
website or member's page. Any e-mails sent by a Affiliate
which reference either SuccessDirectUSA.com or links to a page
which references the SuccessDirectUSA.com or a SuccessDirectUSA.com
replicated site must contain, as a signature in the body of the
e-mail, the Mega-Affiliate’s first and last name or their
first initial and last name.

You must keep a copy of e-mails sent to you requesting
membership in SuccessDirectUSA.com. This is your only proof that
someone has requested a membership and will be invaluable, if we
receive a spamming complaint against you.

All representations regarding SuccessDirectUSA.com
opportunity must be conducted in an open, honest and forthright
manner. All e-mails sent must not contain a misleading or false
subject line. A misleading or false subject line would make a promise
or offer that would seem invalid to most reasonable consumers.
(e.g., the subject line "You have won free long distance!" is
misleading because no one can “win” free long distance
in SuccessDirectUSA.com.)

All initial e-mail sent must contain a valid unsubscribe
or removal option. Once you have established contact with an individual
and they request further information from you, this unsubscribe/removal
option is not required, however, it is advisable to continue to
provide this option. A valid unsubscribe/removal option is an e-mail
address to which one may reply with their removal request or a
URL to which they may go to process a removal request.
All material must be approved by the SuccessDirectUSA.com Communication Department
before e-mailing by any Affiliate currently has a website with
an existing opt-in e-mail database.
If we receive complaints, which prove a violation
of the above Spam Policy, the Affiliate’s account will be
terminated and that member will forfeit all present and future commissions.
If you know of a Affiliate who has used spam to promote SuccessDirectUSA.com,
please notify our support staff.
Be sure to include their User ID, webpage URL, and a copy of the spam e-mail
