1) When is my membership activated?
Membership is activated when you receive
your membership materials.
2) Can I refer my provider to your network?
Yes. The simplest way to refer your provider
is to mention Pet Assure and have your provider contact us
toll free at 888-FOR-VETS, or refer them to our web site.
3) What if I lose my ID card or my pet
ID tag?
Please call us immediately at 888-789-PETS,
or email
customer service. We will send you a replacement
within ten (10) business days. There may be a nominal charge
for replacement.
4) What if I give away or lose my pet
before my membership expires?
You have several choices:
* You can transfer your membership to
another pet.
* You can transfer the remaining months
to the pet of a friend or family member.
* We can freeze your membership until
you have another pet.
5) What if I move to an area where there
are no participating vets?
* You can transfer your membership to
the pet of a friend or family member.
* You can freeze your membership until
a vet in your area joins our network.
* You can still receive Member Deals
savings with your membership.
6) How do I add on an additional pet?
